This week feels vulnerable for me because sex is something our culture teaches us not to talk about. But our sexual energy is our life force energy, so it’s important to consider when we think about creation.

Transform Sexual Energy Into Creative Energy ⚡️

Our sexual energy is our life force energy. From the pollination of plants to the urge to reproduce in humans and other animals, sex is the driving force of nature.

The same energy we use to create a child can be intentionally transferred to workouts, your craft, a business or anything else you want to create.

For most of my life I was disconnected from the profoundness of my sexual energy.

I watched porn for the first time when I was 13 years old, and had been releasing my sexual energy almost every day since.

A few months ago, I started reading up on the power of building sexual energy and directing it into creation, instead of always releasing it. (sexual transmutation)

I decided to see what the hype was about. My experience so far:

Felt intense waves of energy that I’m compelled to release through exercise or making something

Connected more with the power and sacredness of my life force energy
Feel more courageous, assertive, and focused

Tantric Meditation to Connect More With Your Sexual Energy

Tantric meditation is also a great way to connect with your life force energy. Below is a meditation called “The Firebreath Orgasm” from the book Urban Tantra by Barbara Carrellas. I’ve practiced this meditation about 7 times and have found it to be healing, and a helpful way to feel the connection between my breath, emotions and sexual energy.
